The stay was enjoyable as we took a short trip to visit local attractions in Heraklion. The kids loved the pool area, especially the dedicated kids pool which was a safe space for them to have fun. The restaurant had a great selection of homemade Greek food, and we found the meals to be tasty and affordable, making our dining experience delightful. The live music added a pleasant atmosphere to our evenings.

A cozy stay by the pool

From the moment we arrived, the friendly team made us feel at home. The spacious junior suite had a stunning view we cherished each morning, and the in-house taverna served the most delicious local dishes during our stay.

We faced some challenges with the Wi-Fi speed, and at times, the surrounding area felt a bit quiet, making it hard to find activity options nearby. the bus schedule could be inconsistent.

Our suite with a private pool was the highlight of our stay, such a luxury! The hotel facilities really made our vacation special.

The Junior Suite offers a spacious layout and decent shower facilities, making it a comfortable space for families. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, with well-maintained public areas and some nice views from the upper floors.

The breakfast selection is notably limited, with options becoming repetitive, which can affect your morning routine. Noise levels from neighboring rooms can disturb your peace, particularly if you're in one of the more centrally located units. The pool area was quite cold, making it less inviting for a refreshing dip. the parking situation is inconvenient at peak times, as it becomes challenging to find a spot close to the entrance. There were several complaints regarding WiFi speed, which could be sluggish, especially when you need it most. Lastly, the hotel isn't located directly on the beach, but about 100 meters away, which might not be ideal for everyone. Depending on the room's location, you may also experience disturbances from the taverna nearby.

Would definitely recommend for a weekend escape

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the hotel offered free parking and a lovely buffet breakfast with a variety of good quality food, which made our stay enjoyable and relaxing, while being just 10 km from the nearest airport added convenience to our travels.

I stayed for 3 nights in a Junior Suite. The view from the balcony was stunning. The pools were well-maintained and clean. Breakfast offered a wide variety, especially fresh fruit. The staff were always ready to assist with a smile. 😊
